Interestingly desert birds (sometimes eagles) will pick up a turtle (or maybe a tortoise) and drop it from a great height onto a rock in order to break its shell. Imagine. You're up there for the first time seeing stuff you've never dreamed of, you get to free fall from a great height hoping at any time that the eagle is going to catch you and then *BANG* you're dead.
