Aren’t they just from packets of cigarettes, ripped off and disposed of amusingly by smokers (or maybe just the one smoker stalking you Darren) so that non-smokers can get the same shock smokers get every time they realise smoking ‘may cause death’?

Maybe it’s just to get rid of the nasty reminder-can’t see it, doesn’t exist.
